48+ Hours Before Service

100% Full Refund
Processing: 5-7 business days

Cancel your service 48 hours or more in advance for a complete refund.

24-48 Hours Before Service

50% Partial Refund
Processing: 5-7 business days

Late cancellations receive a 50% refund to cover preparation costs.

Less than 24 Hours

No Refund
Processing: N/A

Same-day cancellations are non-refundable due to committed resources.

Emergency/Force Majeure

Case-by-case Review
Processing: 7-10 business days

Emergencies and uncontrollable circumstances reviewed individually.

Emergency Situations

The following situations may qualify for emergency refund consideration:

Medical emergencies requiring hospitalization
Natural disasters affecting travel
Government travel restrictions or bans
Flight cancellations due to weather
Family emergencies requiring immediate return
Political unrest or safety concerns

Documentation Required:

Emergency refund requests must include supporting documentation such as medical certificates, official travel advisories, or other relevant proof of circumstances beyond your control.

Non-Refundable Items

The following fees and services are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing:

Third-party booking fees (restaurants, activities)
Payment processing fees
Services already rendered or partially used
Custom arrangements with external providers
Premium service upgrades
Rush booking fees

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days for standard cancellations. Emergency situations may take 7-10 business days due to additional review requirements.

Payment Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for booking. If the original method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be made.

Partial Service Usage

If you've used part of your service package, refunds will be calculated based on unused portions according to the applicable cancellation timeframe.
